Our role is client acquisition and enrollment support. Our partners provide the underlying financial fulfillment services.

PURPOSE OF CONSUMER INFORMATION

Legacy Marketing Experts collects and processes consumer information for lead-generation and enrollment purposes only.

Consumer information may be used to:

  • Respond to a consumer's request for information.

  • Determine whether an inquiry meets a participating partner's established qualification criteria.

  • Conduct initial qualification and intake.

  • Connect qualified consumers with an appropriate financial fulfillment partner.

  • Facilitate live call transfers.

  • Provide enrollment support when contracted by a partner to do so.

  • Complete agreed-upon intake and enrollment procedures.

  • Transfer relevant lead or enrollment information to the participating partner responsible for fulfillment.

  • Meet applicable legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements associated with those activities.

 

Legacy does not collect consumer information for the purpose of independently providing financial fulfillment services.

 

SHARING CONSUMER INFORMATION WITH OUR PARTNERS

Consumer information generated through a Legacy campaign may be provided to the participating financial fulfillment partner for which the lead-generation, qualification, or enrollment services are being performed.

 

The information provided will be limited to information reasonably relevant to the applicable lead, qualification, intake, transfer, or enrollment process.

 

Once information is provided to a fulfillment partner, that partner is responsible for its subsequent use of the information, its own privacy practices, fulfillment activities, required consumer disclosures, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Legacy may also use service providers and technology platforms reasonably necessary to operate our lead-generation and enrollment infrastructure, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Information obtained from our B2B partners may be used to:
